Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Noomo, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted garments and want you to love what you've ordered. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, with all tags attached.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The product was purchased within the last 30 days
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product is unused or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • You have obtained a return label from us

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Once you have your return label, send the product in its original packaging, with the return label stuck to the envelope. As soon as we receive your package, we'll take care of the rest, depending on whether it's a return or a refund.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, send us an email at info@noomo.ca and send your item in its original packaging to our return address. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Clearance items

Items that are 50% off or more are final sales and cannot be refunded or exchanged. Only regular-priced items may be refunded or exchanged.  Discounts of less than 50%, with an additional discount added, are exchangeable only.
